Before The Event

 

Venue Requirements?

We can perform in and outside as long as the venue supports it. We need access to power-points for electrical instruments, lights and equipment. If the venue is outside, we will require a covered area should the weather become inclement.

 

PA & Lighting?

We have our own quality p.a which is adaptable to suit any size and type of event. We also carry our own lighting rig and would recommend that you discuss your requirements with us on enquiry. If required, our own professional sound/lighting engineer will be happy to liaise with the venues counterpart should you need help with this?

 

Sound & Light Restrictions?

Your venue will be able to advise on the sound restrictions for your event. Unfortunately, we are unable to perform at a venue where the band are required to use power that is distributed via a sound limiter due to the risk of damage to our equipment. We also need to advise that some lighting effects may be unsuitable for epilepsy sufferers. Please make sure you advise us when booking and we will cater for this. Some venues will also have their own smoke detectors which will restrict the use of smoke machines etc. This may restrict but not affect the quality of our performance.

 

Any Hidden Costs?

The price we quote is the price you pay!

 

Payment?

Full and Final payment needs to be paid in cash either on our prior to the date of the booking.

 

What do you get for your Money?

We pride ourselves in every aspect of our service - from enquiry to performance. We aim to provide the best live band for any occasion and do everything we can to ensure the complete success of your event. We are professional and experienced in live entertainment. We know that there are cheaper 'pub' bands available out there but, because your event is important to you, we believe in providing superb live music with guaranteed peace of mind.

 

Do we give discounts?

We do offer reductions on multiple bookings and occasionally have special offers available. We also provide an incentive based on a referral scheme. Please call us for further information.

 

During The Event

 

Safety?

We require easy access to the performance area and will ensure that it is free of obstacles that may pose a security or fire risk. Should your event have any special requirements pertaining to health and safety please let us know?

 

When will we arrive / Set Up?

We prefer to arrive at least two hours before the event so that we can set up our equipment and change. We appreciate that you will not want the band setting up during your event and will arrange timings for this.

 

Breaks & Refreshments?

Usually, we would require a minimum of a 30 minute break during the performance – We will provide music during this interval (where appropriate). Some occasions may require a continuous performance which can be arranged prior to your event.

 

Special Request?

We actively encourage audience participation to provide a memorable performance. We are happy to perform special requests with advanced notice. Please advise us before your booking is confirmed.

 

Performance Times?

Just let us know the times you wish us to perform and as experienced entertainers, we will ensure that the performance starts and ends at the correct time.

 

Any Problems?

We are always pleased to receive any reviews or testimonials for our performance and service so feedback is always appreciated. However, in the unlikely event that you do experience any problems, please let us know and we will discuss the details and take any necessary steps to amend the situation.
